'All' and 'none'

•  ALL:
All the good men I know are married. Every good man that I know is married.

We all live in a yellow submarine. We (all of us) live in a yellow submarine. (Beatles song)

•  NONE (frequently followed by of):
None of them spoke English. Not one of them spoke English.

I looked for a baby-sitter, but there were none available. There were no baby-sitters available.
