El uso del subjuntivo con "cuando"

We use cuando (when) with the subjunctive to express future actions. It can be formed in two ways:

  • Cuando + subjunctive + future simple:

Cuando llegue a la estación te llamaré LLEGAR.

When I get to the station, I'll call you. LLEGAR

Cuando esté en el hotel hablaré con Ana ESTAR.

When I'm at the hotel, I'll talk to Ana. ESTAR

  • Cuando + subjunctive + imperative:

Cuando vayas a la estación, llámame IR.

When you go to the station, call me. IR

Cuando vengas a Madrid, ven a casa VENIR.

When you come to Madrid, come to casa. VENIR
