Verbos y pronombres reflexivos

In the infinitive form, reflexive verbs are accompanied by the pronoun se: levantarse (to get up), bañarse (to bathe), peinarse (to comb your hair), vestirse (to get dressed).

A Ana no le gusta levantarse temprano.

Ana doesn’t like to get up early.

Nacho tiene que bañarse rápido.

Nacho has to bathe quickly.

They are conjugated with a reflexive pronoun that is usually placed in front of the verb:

Yo me cepillo
te cepillas
Él se cepilla
Nosotras nos cepillamos
Vosotros os cepilláis
Ellas se cepillan

Me acuesto muy tarde.

I go to bed very late.

Nacho no se lava los dientes.

Nacho doesn’t brush his teeth.
