You heard Suivant ! (Next!), the term used to call forward the next person in a queue. Example: voici votre commande, monsieur… Suivant ! (Here's your order, sir... Next!).

2 chercher :

Je viens chercher un colis means “I've come to collect a parcel”. The expression venir chercher venir, présent means “to come to collect, to come to pick up”, and in this case it is followed by a noun. We can use the verb chercher chercher, présent on its own to mean “to look for”. Examples: je viens chercher ma livraison (I've come to collect my delivery); je cherche mes lunettes depuis une heure (I've been looking for my glasses for an hour).

Je viens chercher un colis means “I've come to collect a parcel”. Example: il y a un colis pour toi à la réception (there's a parcel for you in reception).

Voici l'avis de passage (Here is the missed delivery note). The noun passage comes from the verb passer passer, présent (to come, to call, to stop by).
