- Que prendrez-vous ?  - Je voudrais des frites (-What are you having? -I would like fries). We use je voudrais vouloir, conditionnel présent (I would like) to ask for something politely, and it is often used when ordering food in a restaurant. Example: je voudrais un café, s'il vous plaît (I would like a coffee, please); je voudrais parler à Jojo (I would like to talk to Jojo).

Je ferais (I would make, I would do) comes from the verb faire faire, conditionnel présent (to make, to do). We can't use it to answer the question que prendrez-vous ? (what are you having?). Example: si j'avais le temps, je ferais des frites (if I had the time, I would make fries).

We could say Il fait beau (The weather is nice) in response to the question Quel temps fait-il ? (What's the weather like?). We can't use it in response to the question Autre chose ? (Anything else?).

We could say À vous aussi (Same to you, You too) when someone wishes us something, but we can't use it in response to the question Autre chose ? (Anything else?). Note that when you're on first-name terms with someone, you say À toi aussi. Examples: - Bonne journée ! - À vous aussi ! (-Have a nice day! -You too!); - Bon appétit ! - À toi aussi ! (-Enjoy your meal! -You too!).
