1 j'ai peur :

Maman, j'ai peur (Mom, I'm scared). The expression avoir peur de quelque chose avoir, présent  means “to be scared of something”. Examples: j'ai peur des chiens (I'm scared of dogs); j'ai peur de tomber (I'm scared of falling).

2 veux :

je veux retourner dans notre chambre (I want to go back to our room), using the verb vouloir vouloir, présent (to want), which is irregular. Example: - Vous voulez un café ? - Non, je veux un thé (‑Do you want a coffee? ‑No, I'd like a tea).

3 Attends :

Attends, Julie ! (Wait, Julie!). This is the imperative of the verb attendre attendre, impératif présent (to wait), which has an -s on the end in the tu form, like other verbs ending in -dre. Example: Attends ! Prends un parapluie ! (Wait! Take an umbrella!).

4 dernière :

Une dernière chanson, d'accord ? (One last song, ok?). Dernière is the feminine form of dernier (last). It is used because une chanson (a song) is feminine. Examples: une dernière danse et je m'en vais ! (one last dance and I'm going!); un dernier verre et nous partons ! (one last drink and we're going!).
