Je ne vous entends pas bien (I can't hear you very well). This sentence contains the verb entendre (to hear) entendre, présent in the negative form (ne... pas). We could also say je ne vous comprends pas bien (I can't understand you very well).
Pouvez-vous répéter ? (Can you repeat that?). This is a good phrase to remember when you're learning French! Note that we use Pouvez-vous… ? (Can you...?) pouvoir, présent to ask a polite question. Example: Pouvez-vous parler plus fort ? (Can you speak louder?); Pouvez-vous me donner votre adresse, s'il vous plaît ? (Can you give me your address, please?).
Pouvez-vous parler plus lentement ? (Can you speak more slowly?). This is a good phrase to know as the French often speak very quickly! Note: the opposite of plus (more) is moins (less). Example: Pouvez-vous parler moins vite ? (Can you speak less quickly?).
