1 chères clientes :

You heard chères clientes (dear customers). We use chères + noun (here: clientes) in the feminine plural when addressing more than one woman formally. Example: à bientôt, chères clientes (see you soon, dear customers); chères Anna et Betty, comment allez-vous? (dear Anna and Betty, how are you?).

2 chers clients :

You heard chers clients (dear customers). We use chers + noun (here: clients), in the masculine plural, when formally addressing several men or a mixed group. Note that the -t at the end of client(s) is not pronounced. Example: bonjour chers clients ! (hello dear customers!); chers Léo et Anne, j'espère que vous allez bien (dear Léo and Anne, I hope you are well).

3 serveur :

Jojo, votre serveur habituel (Jojo, your regular waiter). Un serveur means “a waiter”. The feminine form is une serveuse (a waitress). Example: le serveur vous apporte vos plats (the waiter brings you your food).

4 commandes :

Roger […], prendra les commandes (Roger will be taking the orders). The verb that corresponds to une commande (an order) is commander (to order). Il prendra (he will take) is the future tense prendre, futur. Examples: le serveur prendra vos commandes (the waiter will take your orders) ; je voudrais commander, s'il vous plaît ! (I would like to order please).
