You heard pour faire une réservation, tapez 3 (to make a reservation, press 3). We can also say réserver (to reserve, to book) followed by une chambre (a room), une table (a table), etc. Example: je souhaite faire une réservation / réserver une chambre dans votre hôtel (I would like to make a reservation / to book a room in your hotel).
