This is a true statement. At the end of his email, Bruno writes "Incidentally, Icarus would be able to do this more effectively with a better software program!" He is suggesting that Icarus would be more efficient if he had a better software program to use.

Bruno writes "let me and Icarus worry about the financial considerations of the company". He is not expressing that he is worried or concerned, but rather that it is Bruno and Icarus's responsibility to manage Delavigne's financial considerations, and not Bob's. Bruno is essentially telling Bob to worry about technical issues and not financial ones!
