1 Bachelor's of Science: Trey writes in his resumé that he has a "B.S. in Political Science" which is a "Bachelor's of Science (the type of diploma) in Political Science (the specialty)". A "B.S." is a university degree given in the United States that is equivalent to four or five years of study at a university. A "B.S." focuses on scientific disciplines such as physics or chemistry, whereas a "Bachelor of Arts" or a B.A. focuses on disciplines such as humanities, or the visual arts. Note that in the UK, we write "B.Sc.".
2 High School Diploma: A "high school diploma" is obtained upon completion of 4 years of high school, usually at the age of 18. It is almost always required for entrance into a college or university. The UK equivalent is called "A Levels".

"1960-1964 BA in Economics, University of Liverpool"

What does "BA" stand for?

"1960-1964 BA in Economics, University of Liverpool"

What does "BA" stand for?
It sounds impressive, but unfortunately, a "Bond of Accounting" does not exist as a qualification!
This is correct. Paul writes in his CV that he has a "BA in Economics" which is a "Bachelor's of Arts (the type of diploma) in Economics (the specialty)". A "BA" is a university degree given in the United Kingdom that is equivalent to three or four years of study at a university. Note, a BA focuses on disciplines such as humanities, or the visual arts, whereas a "Bachelor of Science" (B.Sc. or B.S. in the US) focuses on scientific disciplines such as physics or chemistry.
The term "baccalaureate" can be used as a (much less common) synonym of university degrees such as "Bachelor or Arts" or "Bachelor of Science". However, "BA" is not an abbreviation of "baccalaureate".
"Economist" and "anarchy" are two terms that are not usually mixed! Unfortunately, this is not the correct choice!
