In the third paragraph of Kevin's email (the first paragraph in Scene 2 above), find the word which means "highly esteemed", "priceless" or "helpful", and type it into the blank: "Her assistance at the meeting was invaluable 1."

Now find the term that describes something which is "owed" or "due" to a person; it could be money or gratitude: "I owe you a debt 2."
1 invaluable: This is correct. "Invaluable" means "very helpful", "highly esteemed" or "precious".
2 debt: To be "in debt (to the bank)" is to "owe" money to the bank. On its own, the term "debt" indicates an obligation, often financial. For example: the bank lent me 5000 dollars to buy a car, and now I am in debt. In this email, Kevin uses the idiom "to be in someone's debt", which is a strong, polite way of expressing one's thanks, and often indicates that one person has done a great service for another. Note that the "b" in "debt" is not pronounced.
