2 margin: 'The margin of error' describes the chance or possibility (often expressed in a percentage) that data or information is inaccurate. The term is often used in the context of surveys and polls. For example, a survey which shows that 78% of Americans like penguins, with a 3% margin of error, indicates that the true number of Americans who like penguins is between 75% and 81% (a 3% shift in both directions). Note that 'margin' has several meanings in different contexts.
3 blade: 'A blade' is a thin, flat surface, generally made of metal, used for cutting (or shaving). 'A blade' can also refer to a sword, but in the context of this dialogue is used to describe an instrument to be used during Kevin's surgery: The doctor will take a knife with an oscillating blade and cut a flap of tissue from Kevin's eye. Yummy!
4 nurse: A 'nurse' is a medical professional that traditionally assists doctors. In this dialogue, Dr. Loblaw calls for the nurse to come into the operating room with the surgical instruments in order to begin Kevin's surgery.
