This statement is false. Bruno says "If it weren't for me you'd be rotting away in some stinking swamp in the Amazon!" Bruno is saying that by giving Horatio a job at the Delavigne Corporation, he "saved" Horatio from a very sad existence in the Amazon. He never threatens (or suggests) that he will send Horatio back to the Amazon. The verb "to rot" means to languish or suffer in this context, however the verb also describes the action of something like a fruit going bad. Example: If you don't eat that banana in the next few days, it will rot. Note that Bruno's statement uses the subjunctive past tense, "If it WEREN'T for me... "
This statement is true. Horatio asks Bruno, "Where would you be without the great Oléré? You would be nothing." Horatio is stating that he thinks he is the most important element to the company's success. He also says "This company was built on the back of Oléré!" This expression also indicates Horatio's belief that Horatio is responsible for the company's success.
This statement is false. Bruno tells Horatio "I want you in my office tomorrow at 8 o'clock. If you're not there, I'm finding a new immigrant to make the perfumes." Bruno is not physically going to find a new immigrant but he is threatening to fire Horatio if he doesn't come to Bruno's office at 8 o'clock tomorrow. This construction is conditional: "If you're not there, I'm finding a new immigrant..."
This statement is false. When Bruno says he "might as well be (Horatio's father), he doesn't literally mean that Horatio is his son. Bruno is exaggerating, and saying that because Horatio is acting like a child, Bruno is assuming the role of his father. The construction "I might as well be (your father)" is a conditional one, in which the speaker imagines a situation which isn't real, but the circumstances make it so that it is almost true. Note that "might" is used here as the past tense form of the auxiliary 'may".
