1 flames: "Flames" are parts of a fire, they are red, orange and yellow and move about. In this dialogue, Dr. Loblaw requests a "flame" from the nurse for his operation on Kevin. As a tool, a flame can be used to burn or join metal together.
2 hammer: A "hammer" is a tool used for driving "nails" into various surfaces such as wood, metal or concrete. In this dialogue, Dr. Loblaw requests a hammer from the nurse for his operation on Kevin.
