This reply does not make sense given the nature of the advert. Ursula Bauer's company has not contacted the Delavigne Corporation directly, so there is no need for a reply in which their services are declined or refused. Furthermore, this company is not proposing financial support or investment, nor are they concerned with research and development. Ursula Bauer's company is selling their services in the field of environmental consulting.
This is the most likely answer. Ursula Bauer Environmental Consulting offers to provide advice on environmental issues in the office. This email response makes the most sense for Bruno's reply. Bruno addresses Ms Bauer's offer for a free "on-site" inspection, and requests the services advertised. To "hassle (someone)" is to "bother", "annoy" or "harass" them, for example: My wife has been hassling me all day to clean the car. "To take someone up (on an offer)" is to accept it.
It would be great if this were the answer, but unfortunately this is just not the case. For a start, this is not an advert for office furniture (desks, chairs, couches, etc.). Secondly, it would be inappropriate for Bruno to reply to an advert in this way (the tone is too informal and makes little sense). "Braces" are a dental appliance used for straightening the teeth, and "pigtails" are a style of wearing the hair (in braids).
This reply does not make sense given the nature of the advert. Ursula Bauer's company is an environmental consulting group. There is no indication that this company offer other kinds of business consulting. Furthermore there is no mention in the advert that the company offers advice on how to make employees more "productive". This request fits the description for efficiency consulting services.

This is a true statement. Kevin asks Mrs Lee if "the workers are paid the minimum wage or above?", meaning that he is concerned about the workers' compensation. A "wage" refers to payment for labor or services. The "minimum wage" is the least possible money that a worker can legally be paid.
This is a true statement. Mrs Lee says that some of the workers "even have beds in the factory", meaning that it is likely the ChinaCorp workers sleep in the factory. "On site" means "on location" or "at the place". In this context, the "site" refers to the factory or "workplace".
Today is not the day to wish Mrs Lee a happy birthday. Mrs Lee says that it is the birthday of one of her female workers.

1 knowledgeable: A "knowledgeable (person)" possesses "understanding", "intelligence", and is "well-informed" and "discerning". Example: He teaches French history so he's very knowledgeable about the Paris Commune of 1870. In the advert, we read that Ursula Bauer's consulting group has "a very knowledgeable...staff". This means that their employees are very well-informed about environmental issues.
2 on-site: "On-site (parking)" refers to parking which is located at a specific location. The environmental consultancy offers "a free on-site inspection", this means that they will go to the "site" (= the office or place of business) and provide a free environmental inspection.
