The caller in this dialogue is looking for an "anger management clinic". He confirms this by asking Trey "this is the "San Francisco Anger Management Clinic" isn't it?". The caller has mistakenly dialed the number for the Delavigne Corporation instead of the number for the "San Francisco Anger Management Clinic". An "anger management clinic" provides therapy for those suffering from uncontrollable anger. An aggression therapist works with patients in this sort of clinic.
The Angel Gabriel doesn't use mere mortal telephones. He is God's chief messenger, so he has his own methods of communication.
Trey asks the caller if he is having problems with his phone, however there is no indication that the caller is trying to reach the phone company.
The caller does say "son of a" however this is actually a shortened phrase used to express frustration or surprise. He is not referring to anybody's son.
Trey answers the phone by saying "Delavigne Customer Support". The caller has reached Delavigne's "customer support line" but not on purpose. He does not want to talk to the "Delavigne Customer Support" line.
