Attention : Lorsque l'on parle d'argent gagné dans le cadre d'un travail, on utilise le verbe to earn ou to make.
The president won the election by a large margin. He got 20 million more votes than the other candidate. Le président a gagné les élections avec une large avance. Il a obtenu 20 millions de voix de plus que l'autre candidat.
