For example: Because my meeting was delayed, I've been behind schedule for the rest of the day' OR Due to numerous reasons, the shuttle launch is behind schedule.
4 nightfall: "Nightfall" refers to the time of day when the sun sets (in the west) and day becomes night. "Nightfall" is also called "dusk".
