Why am I learning German? Why German? Why do I endure those lessons 5 days a week? Sometimes, when I’m alone in front of my computer at 10 PM, I’ve only one wish: to give up. But immediately, I remind myself why I am doing this: love. I’m a happy man. I live with a fantastic German girl. She speaks impeccable French but her parents and friends don’t. So, for her and to be able to talk with her family, I’ve decided to learn German. That’s why, 5 days a week, when she’s sleeping and I’m alone in the living room, I try and guess if it’s "dem", "der", "den" or "des"! Thanks a lot for creating these short and funny stories. It’s much easier to learn when you laugh! Be sure that after 6 Montags with you, I’m totally in love with Betty Brandebutt even if she is a strange "Gemälde" and Rüdiger the "Buchhalter"!
