询问数量：How much? 还是 How many?

-How many countries are there in the UK? -There are 4.（-英国有多少个国家？-有4个。）询问数量时，在可数名词复数前使用 how many（多少），例如 countries（1 country → 4 countries）。例：-How many cars do you have? -I only have one.（-你有多少辆车？-我只有一辆。）

how much（多少）用在不可数名词前（如 knowledge（知识）、art（艺术）和 energy（精力）），但不能用在 countries 前。例：- How much water do you drink per day? - About 2 litres（你每天喝多少水？大约两升）。
