Tell me more, please! 宾语代词
宾语代词用来代替句中受动作影响的人或物的名称，以避免重复。注意：英语中直接宾语和间接宾语的代词形式相同。
告诉Anna真相 → 告诉她真相。
把盘子和杯子拿到厨房里 → 把它们拿到厨房里。
宾格代词根据对应的主格代词而变化。

Tell Magda and Timmy to wait → Tell them to wait Object pronouns. Use the object pronoun them to refer to they (here, Magda and Timmy = they). Example: I found my keys → I found them.
They is the subject that we use before a verb, but after a verb it is replaced by the object pronoun them. Example: they wait outside.
A tree is a big plant with green leaves, but we don't use this word to replace Magda and Timmy. Example: the park is full of trees.
Clean the table → Clean it. After a verb, when referring to an object like the table, use it. Example: park the car → park it.
Is is the form of the verb to be that we use with he/she/it, not a pronoun! Example: he is in London.
You sit when you rest your body on a chair, but we can't use this word to replace an object like the table. Example: sit down and relax.
Come with Laura and me → Come with us. The object pronoun us should be used to refer to two or more people including yourself, like Laura and me (=we). Example: you make Mary and me feel at home → you make us feel at home.
An hour is a period of 60 minutes, not an object pronoun!
We is a subject and we use it before a verb, as in we enjoy tennis, but after a preposition like with we need the object pronoun, in this case, us.

You → I call you Object pronouns. For the subject you, the object pronoun is also you. Examples: I let you start; I listen to you.
She → I call her. The object pronoun that we use to replace she is her. Examples: we invite her to the party; speak to her. Note: in this case, the object pronoun is the same as the possessive adjective her.
We → they call us. The object pronoun that corresponds to the subject we is us. Examples: please inform us; this bike belongs to us.
They → we call them. Them is the object pronoun that we use to refer to they. Examples: go with them; you can message them.

Shorty (=he) → Show how to do this.

Complete each sentence with the correct pronoun.
Example: they → Tell them the truth.
Shorty (=he) → Show him 1 how to do this.
I → Bring me 2 a sandwich, please.
you → I help you 3.
Shorty (=he) → Show him how to do this. Use the object pronoun him to replace he or a male name like Shorty Object pronouns. Examples: contact him; give him a hand.
You could say Magda (=she) → Show her how to do this because we use her to replace female names, but here we have a male name (Shorty).
Hot is the opposite of cold. It is not a pronoun! Example: it's very hot in summer.
I → Bring me a sandwich, please. Use me to replace I after a verb or preposition. Examples: look at me!; tell me the truth.
It is the object pronoun that corresponds to the subject it, so this word is not used to replace I. Example: It → Clean it.
You could use us to replace we, as in We → Bring us a sandwich, please, but not to replace I.
You → I help you. The object pronoun you corresponds to the subject you, both singular and plural. Examples: I come with you; we believe you.
Use them to replace they as in They → I help them, but not to replace you.
Youth is the period between childhood and adulthood, not a pronoun! Example: I spent my youth in the US.
