to arise: 出现，上升，起立
Arise可以表达“起立”或者“站起来”，但是"rise"这个词在现代英语中使用更为广泛。同样，不要把"arise"的过去式"arose"和名词a rose相混淆，a rose是指一种很好看又有香味的花。
