1 I can't hear:

You heard I can't hear you, which means I am not able to hear your voice. Example: I can't hear you, could you speak up?

2 can you repeat:

Magda says Can you repeat, please? Note that we use can…? to ask polite questions. The structure is: can + subject (here, you) + verb (here, repeat) + please? Examples: can you pass me the salt, please?; can you take me to the office, please? 

3 speak more slowly:

Can you speak more slowly? is what you say when someone speaks too fast. Since English speakers sometimes speak too fast on the phone, you will find this question very useful! Note: the opposite of more is less. Example: can you speak more clearly?
