Jean says "I love this country". He is referring to the country "America" not to the "countryside". The "countryside" is a rural region, away from cities and metropolitan areas. Jean and Kimberly aren't going to the "countryside".
The cabbie says "let's go catch a film" and Jean agrees. "To catch a film (or a movie)" is an expression used in spoken English, meaning to "go and watch a movie". Jean and Kimberly have decided to go to the "cinema" or "the movies".
Jean believes that the cabbie is talking about a beach when she says "sex on the beach". The cabbie is actually referring to is a cocktail made from peach schnapps, vodka, orange juice and cranberry juice called "sex on the beach". The cabbie is offering Jean several drinking options. She isn't suggesting that they go to a beach.
