This is a correct use of the term "catchy". "Catchy titles" (of products, films, books) are memorable and attract interest. For example, "Mad Max" is a "catchy" film title because it summarizes the story of the film in just two "M" syllables. Jean uses "catchy" sarcastically because he thinks Edward's song title is long and unlikely to be remembered. It is the opposite of "catchy"!
This is an incorrect use of the term "catchy". "Catchy" is not a synonym of "popular". We would never describe a film or book as "catchy" to mean that people liked it.
This is an incorrect use of the term "catchy". We would not describe a virus or cold as "catchy". An infection or disease that is easily transmitted (between people in an office for example) would probably be described as being "contagious", or in informal English, "catching".
This is a correct use of the term "catchy". If music is pleasing and easily remembered it is often described as "catchy". Example: Elkie John's new song is very catchy - I can't stop singing it in the shower!
