The verb "to entail" means "to consist of" or "to require". The term is often used when asking what an action, task or position necessitates. Here Fiona is asking Philip what his job consists of, or what his job requires. Fiona is essentially asking Philip to describe his job further. The term "involve" is synonymous with "to entail" in this context.
Fiona is not asking Philip what he has learned from his job, but rather what his job involves.
