A "faithful client" is one who makes repeated purchases from the same company, and usually chooses their products before the products of their competitors. "Devoted" best expresses this same idea.
content: Although a "faithful" client is most likely "content", the two terms are not synonymous with one another. Also, Philip writes earlier in the sentence that Delavigne clients are "satisfied". "Satisfied" conveys the sense of "content", it would be superfluous to express that Delavigne clients are "satisfied and content".
repetitive: There is no such term as a "repetitive client or customer". To be "repetitive" carries the sense that one says the same things again and again. Do not be confused with a "repeat customer" which is an actual term for a "faithful" or "long-time" customer.
respected: Although a "faithful" client is often "respected" by the company, the two terms are not synonymous with one another, and this is not what Philip is expressing in this phrase.
