For the attention of: This is correct. "For the attention of: Father Christmas". This is the standard phrase that goes at the top of faxes (not the Father Christmas part!). It's not very exciting, but it seems to work! Note: "For the attention of" is used more in the UK; In the US, it is common to write "To the attention of".
With the attention of: Close, but not quite right!
In the hands of: "In the hands of" has an almost poetic quality, but unfortunately this phrase is very strange to an anglophone and would not be used!
