"Compatible" does not share a similar meaning with "discount" or "discounted". If a software program is compatible with another program, it means that it "works well" or "complements" the other program.
A "name brand" product is one which is manufactured by a known company or label ("Armani" or "Reebok" for example). The term doesn't share a similar meaning with "discount" or "discounted".
This is the best choice here. As an adjective, "budget" expresses a similar meaning as the term "discount". If we talk about "budget software" or "budget automobiles" we are talking about "discount" or "inexpensive" software or automobiles.
