Luna does suggest bringing her cat to the office, but Bruno says "No Luna, the cleaning man will have to be fired". Bruno does not let Luna bring her cat to work.
Bruno does not tell Luna to "warn" the cleaning man. Rather, he wants her to take direct action: to "terminate the contract with the company altogether". There will be no last chance!
This is a true statement. Bruno says that the company and their cleaners "proved that they're not a good fit". "To be a good fit" is to be "suitable" or "appropriate". Bruno is saying that the cleaning company is "unsuitable" or "inappropriate". Note that we can also say that clothes or shoes are "a good fit" when they are the right size. Examples: "Michael is a good fit for the job", "My new shoes aren't a very good fit: they hurt".
