This isn't correct. If you wanted to "make your own suit", you would have to be very good at sewing: suits are very difficult to make!
This is the correct choice here. To "have a suit made" is to ask, tell, or pay somebody to make a suit for you (usually a tailor). This construction is very useful! We can also say things like: "I need to have my car serviced", "Lucy just had a new kitchen installed", etc.
This isn't correct. The term "ready-made" describes something which is already finished when you buy it.
