1 overhead: In a financial context, "overhead" is the fixed costs of running a business, such as rent, utilities, etc. Bruno says "Delavigne Corp's overhead is high enough as it is." This means that the company's operating expenses are large. In another context "overhead" can mean literally above one's head (ex: the overhead compartments in an airplane).
2 investment: An "investment" is a purchase that is acquired in order to make a future profit, for example: I bought my first Picasso as an investment, and sold it later for 10 times the price I paid. Hannah asks "what if you considered purchasing artwork as an investment?" because she thinks that if one buys art and keeps it, its value will increase.
