decrease: "To iron out" does not necessarily means that the prices will be lowered. "To iron out" has the connotation of "working together" or coming to a conclusion by communicating.
flatten: Although the literal meaning of "to iron out" is to flatten something, Susie is not using the idiom in this way "To iron" or "to iron out (clothes)" is to flatten them, or to get the creases and wrinkles out by using an iron. Susie talks about the "prices", which can't literally be flattened.
increase: "To iron out" does not necessarily means that the prices will be raised. "To iron out" has the connotation of "working together" or coming to a conclusion by communicating.
