1 laces: "Laces" (or "shoelaces") are cords that are used to "tie" together and tighten the shoe. "Your laces are undone" means that the laces of your shoes have become "untied" and you need to "tie (them) up", otherwise you may well trip over onto your face! At least that's what my father told me.
2 undone: When your laces are "undone" it means that the laces of your shoes have become "untied" and you need to "tie (them) up". There are many different ways in English to describe this process: "to tie (up)", "to lace (up)", or even "to do (up)" your laces.
