This is a true statement. At the end of this conversation, Alice's father picks up the phone and speaks with Trey Feltchenheimer. Alice's father is quite angry and threatens (or menaces) Trey, saying that if he ever finds out that Trey has called Alice, he will call the police. Alice's father also calls Trey a "sicko", a "communist" and a "pedophile" for good measure.
Alice tells Trey that she got the number of Delavigne customer service "off of the mascara bottle", meaning that she read the number from the bottle itself. This means that Alice's mother didn't give Alice the phone number.
This is a true statement. Alice, the little girl in this dialogue, is concerned about her dog Mittens, because he has eaten some mascara. Mascara is a type of cosmetic product, or "make-up", used to blacken and define the eyelashes.
Alice says that Mittens is a "pit bull", a type of dog.
