This is not the purpose of Bruno's email. Bruno never "warns" Icarus to stay out of his affairs. Bruno thank Icarus repeatedly for his loyalty and concern for the company, then encourages him to be patient and not jump to conclusions about Sam.
Changing banks is Bruno's decision to make, not Icarus'. The best indication of this is that Icarus' email is actually a request for Bruno to change banks. It's true that Bruno wants to wait one week before making a decision, but it is his decision to make, not Bruno's.
Bruno is writing to Icarus in response to Icarus' request to switch banks immediately. Bruno asks Icarus to be patient and give Sam the time he needs to investigate the situation. He concludes his email by writing, "let's take a wait and see approach", which is another indication that Bruno wants to wait until next week to make a decision.
It's true that Bruno does compliment Icarus for his loyalty and concern for the company's finances, however this is not the purpose of Bruno's email, which encourages Icarus to remain patient and to have confidence in Bruno's judgment.
