"Before we go any further" expresses that an action will be taken "before" another. In this case, Fiona wants to explain to Philip that she is not here to make small talk, or to flirt. She wants to discuss his work and not to socialize. This isn't the expression which shows that Fiona is pleased with the direction of the conversation.
When Fiona tells Philip "now we're getting somewhere", she is expressing that she is pleased with the direction of the conversation. "Now we're getting somewhere" is an expression meaning "we're making progress" or "we are advancing". When Philip begins to explain his weekly responsibilities, Fiona is pleased because Philip is finally helping her do her job.
"Business before pleasure" is an idiom meaning "let's take care of business before moving on to social matters". This isn't the expression which shows that Fiona is pleased with the direction of the conversation.
