When used as an adverb, "offhand" means without previous thought or preparation. For example: "My accountant couldn't tell me exactly how much tax I would pay offhand (but he said it would be a lot!)" or "we decided offhand to go to Canada". Hannah says "I don't have that information offhand" to indicate that she can't give information about page views per month without preparing (or researching) it first. A "page view" is a single viewing of a World Wide Web page.
