This is the correct choice. The idiom "(to be) out of town" is one of the most common expressions in the English language to express that one will be "away from the office", "on a business trip" or even "on vacation".
Although this idiom does express a change of location, it does not have a sense of permanence attached to it. This statement is too strong to express that "Susie is out of town for a while".
