1 letter of rejection: This is a correct choice. This common formula is used to explain that another applicant, or candidate, was offered the job. This is a polite way to say "sorry, you didn't get the job."
1 letter of invitation: This is an incorrect choice. A letter of invitation asks someone to come to an event. The formula used here mentions a past meeting; it does not invite the letter's recipient to any meeting or event in the future.
1 letter of application: This is an incorrect choice. A letter of application is a demand for employment or acceptance into a school or program. The formula used here indicates that the person writing the letter and the person receiving it have already met ("thank you for meeting with us"). Therefore, we know that the person receiving the letter has already applied to the job being discussed in this letter (and has had an interview). The person writing the letter represents the employer, and the employer is not applying for a job!
1 letter of condolence: This is an incorrect choice. A letter of condolence expresses sympathy for the recent death of someone. Here, there is no indication that anyone has died!
2 letter of invitation: This is a correct choice. A letter of invitation asks someone to come to, or "attend", an event. In this formula, while the invitation is not yet explicitly made, we are told that an event will take place. It is understood that this sort of formula will be followed by a sentence such as, "We would be very happy if you could attend this event." In this formula, there is no indication of any sort of application. Here, the letter mentions a gallery opening, which is an event. (You can't "apply to" an event!)

3 wishes: The use of this term is not suitable. There is no reason to offer one's "wishes" in this situation.
