unlike most people: Bruno says: "He's quite a character, that Horatio". The expression "quite a..." is usually used to emphasize the description of a person or thing. If we say that someone is "a character", we mean that he is "out of the ordinary" or "uncommon" or "original" or "unique".
incredibly difficult: When we call someone a "character", it does not necessarily mean that they are 'difficult.
rather angry: "Angry" is not synonymous with the noun "character".
a stage actor: "Character" should not be confused with its literary or theatrical sense in this case. It does not make sense for Bruno to talk about Horatio's talent for the stage.
