"Philip you should be ashamed!"

This could be rewritten as --> "Philip you should be embarrassed!"
embarrassed: To be ASHAMED is to feel uneasy or embarrassed when you realize you have committed (or been involved) in an immoral or indecent act. Example: I am ASHAMED that I stole money from my grandmother's bedroom. Hannah thinks Philip's desire to see "groupies (or fans)" wearing very little clothing (and showing a lot of their bodies) is indecent, therefore he should be ASHAMED.
silent: To be SILENT is not to make a sound or refrain from speaking. Example: My parents didn't say a word when I told them I was a drug addict - they were completely SILENT. SILENT is not a synonym of ASHAMED.
punished: To be PUNISHED is to suffer a penalty for doing something bad. Example: My boss PUNISHED me for being late by making me work on Sunday! PUNISHED is not a synonym of ASHAMED.
