Luna asks about Trey's past work in various cosmetics corporations, however this is a standard interview question. A "suspicious (person)" has doubts or reservations about someone or something, and often does not trust others. Luna's questions do not indicate that she does not trust Trey. Her questions are focused on determining why he wants to work for Delavigne.
Trey states that he "would be proud to work for" Delavigne which clearly indicates that he has a positive opinion or thinks "very highly" of the Delavigne Corp.
Trey tells Luna that "the opportunity to manage a customer service department has always been a dream of mine" which indicates that he has wanted a position like this one for a long time, and that it is "in line with" his career objectives. "To comply" with someone or something is "to agree" or "to be in accord" with them. The term shares a similar meaning with the expression "to be in line with".
Trey states that he has known the Delavigne Corporation for a long time, however there is no indication that he has been trying to get a job at the Delavigne Corporation before this particular point in time.

This is the only false statement here. Sigourney and Susan arrange to meet, but it is to fight, not to have a drink together. They are going to have a "duel": an arranged "fight" or "battle" in which one of the fighters will die. This is a rather 18th-century way to resolve a dispute!
This statement is true. Sigourney says "this corporate eco-consciousness is just a transparent attempt to put these companies in the spotlight". This means that she thinks large companies are trying to draw attention to themselves by taking environmental measures. To be "suspicious" of something is to "suspect" or "doubt" it.
This is a true statement. Sigourney calls Susie an "impudent trollop". An "impudent" person is "insolent" or "impertinent". "Trollop" is an offensive term to describe a woman. This is certainly an insult!

"His foolish 1 remarks to the boss resulted in him being fired".

1 foolish: The adjective "foolish" means "silly" or "ridiculous" or "unintelligent". In this conversation, Bruno says that he and Horatio were "young and foolish" when they first started the business, and suggests that this is why Horatio wasn't included in the original shareholder's agreement. Other terms related to "foolish": "a fool" (a silly, ridiculous person), "foolishness" (silliness or ridiculousness), and "to fool" (to trick or deceive someone).
2 fond: "To be fond (of someone)" is to feel affection towards someone, or more simply, "to like them". Bethany Belovin says that Bruno "is fond of Horatio", meaning that Bruno likes Horatio. Other related terms: "fondness" (affection) and "fondly" (with affection).
