This is a true statement. Donna says that her ex-boyfriend "used to ring me at least 50 times a night to check what I was doing", she also says that "one time I woke up in the morning, and he was checking all my text messages". This suggests that her boyfriend had a jealous character and suspected that she was seeing other men.
This statement is not true. Donna says that she has "heard good things about" Hannah. This means that she has already received favourable information about Hannah.
This statement is incorrect. Donna says that her ex-boyfriend "used to ring me at least 50 times a night." To "ring (someone)" means to "call" them using a telephone, and does not share the same meaning as to "text (someone)" which is to send them an SMS text message.
