Susie says that "sales of Classic Collection products have gone through the roof in France".

She means that:
This is not correct. In fact, Susie means the opposite of this: sales haven't "dropped" or "decreased": they have increased.
This is not correct. To "go through the roof" does not mean "to fall" or "to drop". In fact, it means quite the opposite!
This is not correct. It is the "sales" which have increased, not the "prices", or the amount things cost.
This is the best explanation here. If sales "go through the roof", they increase by a lot. Another example: "The audience figures for last night's TV programme went through the roof". Literally, a "roof" is the exterior surface at the top of a building. It stops rain getting in, and helium balloons getting out.
