The apartment is very small 1.

The apartment is not calm 2

The apartment is expensive 3.

1 small:

The apartment is very small. It's not big, but only “140 sq ft”. A square foot (sq ft or ft²) is a unit of area used in the USA, equal to about 0.09 m². Examples: Luxembourg is a small country; the studio is about 300 sq ft.

1 smell:

An apartment could have a bad smell if someone cooks fish, but that not what we see in this image. Example:  -What's that smell? -It's the soup.

1 smile:

You can smile to indicate you like an apartment, but that's not what we see here. Example: Smile for the camera!

2 calm:

The apartment is not calm. It's noisy. If you don't like an apartment because it's noisy, you can ask for one that is calmer. Example: There's no traffic on my street so it's very calm. But your street is calmer.

2 cold:

The apartment is cold is not what we see here. Example: It's 0 degrees Celsius. It's very cold!

2 come:

Come is a verb, and that's not what describes this apartment. Example: Alex, come into the house!

3 expensive:

The apartment is expensive. It costs a lot of money. Example: One million dollars? That's an expensive house!

3 rich:

Rich may be used to describe the person who buys the apartment, but not the apartment itself. Example: Brad is very rich; he can buy a Rolls Royce.

3 chair:

A chair is something you sit on, and that's not what we see here.
