练习 1
Why does Bob say that he has "already been through this"?

Why does Bob say that he has "already been through this"?
Bob is not actually referring to a previous conversation about Ivana. You will notice that Ivana Bümbüm is mentioned later on in the dialogue, and not following Bob's remark that "he has already been through this".
There is no indication within this dialogue that Bob has worked as a Tech Support representative before.
This is the best choice here. Bob says: "I don't have any numbers. I've already been through this". Bob is referring to his repeated exchanges about numbers. The expression "I've gone through this already" or "we've been through this before" is often used to indicate an action or a conversation which has taken place more than one time. It is frequently used when someone is frustrated or exasperated about repeating something.
Bob has had many technical problems in the past, but in this case, he is directly referring to his many conversations about numbers with the support staff at Know-It-All Tech Solutions.
