For reservations and bookings, please press 3. The words reservation and booking have the same meaning. You can reserve or book a hotel room, a restaurant table, a flight ticket, etc. Examples: I made a booking at Hotel Blunderbuss; my table reservation at Restaurant Eight Courses is confirmed.
For room service, please press 9, so you can order food or drinks to be brought to your room. Example: I always request room service for breakfast.
For lost and found items, please press the star key. When you lose something, you can hopefully find it at lost and found or lost property. Example: there is a purple suitcase in the lost and found room. Note: at the airport, the lost and found desk is where you go if you cannot find your luggage.
To repeat the menu, please press the hash key. Example: can you repeat that, please?
