A "trowel" is a small implement with a pointed blade used for digging into the earth, usually for gardening purposes. A garden "tool" is an "instrument" or "implement" used for working in the garden. The advert is for a "trowel" which is a garden "tool".
A "cure" is a "remedy" or "treatment" for a problem, generally a health problem. Example: Doctors haven't yet found a cure for cancer. Although the announcer mentions "back aches" and a "stiff neck" at the beginning of the advert, the advert is actually about a garden tool that makes gardening easier on your back and neck.
A towel is used for drying one's body. This advertisement is for a "trowel" which is a small shovel: a tool to dig up plants, weeds and flowers.
